If it was any boss, sometimes it’d be Hayashi battles where you’d have to deal with the whole department before he came at you with a shotgun. Golden Rhinos and Noise Tanks caused slowdown too. Still really impressive it worked as well as it did in ‘02/‘03

Sat down one Sunday afternoon and decided I'm gonna beat the NES Kirby game. Honestly one of the better aging NES titles aside from a lot of slowdown. From music to animations, there's a lot of personality and charm that makes the 2ish hour package a joy to experience.
