Not my 3rd OCT, but an idea:

-32 OCs
-Put em in this empty TO2S arena
-Make polls each week (4 OCs per poll)
-Eliminate half the participants by ring out
-Last OC wins a prize at the end of the month

[Think of it like a 1 year anniversary of TOS, but call it a Battle Royale.]
