Been playing alot of FighterZ and I've begun to re-appreciate not only the game but also Videl. Cause she's cute.

Also: her pigtails look is easily the best look for her. It has soooo much more character than the short hair look she gets later on.

Halloween is nearing, and I couldn't resist. I will forever be a simp for Videl, so this was my first idea for dressing up the OCs. And it was fun to mimic both pigtail and short hair Videl. Had a ton of fun working on this.
