I just finshed a Christmas art trade with a friend from the NiGHTS amino! Tbh I dont know much about the nutcracker, but Wizeman here is supposed to be based off of Drosselmeyer xP

So, something just dawned on me. You see those three diamonds on Reala's chest in the original design, right? I think the three colors represent Wizeman (blue), NiGHTS (purple), and he himself (red). If this was the intention, that is seriously interesting.
