Irrespective of however it would've played, the art for Ep3 was gorgeous, wasn't it? Mike & I have always loved snow-swept settings, so placing APW in winter was a given, but there was a part of our brains that fixated on 'snow & ice' as the next bit of HL, so we went from there.
