again, like i have said, they are colors of racist caricatures. yellow is usually used to be a racist caricature of east asians. red for native americans, and black for, well, black people. heres a weird comic i found on google as an example.

Characters from a hot region can have darker characters like the pics below and not just tanned Caucasians like from the upper pics. Heck, even Black people were living in Europe as minorities.

There were also Black eunuchs in Ottoman Empire.
