@Rev_Scarecrow Wayne Barlowe's version of sapient life on his fictional ecosystem of Darwin IV, the 60 foot tall Eosapien paints how differently intelligence could look on an alien world with a completely different evolutionary history. Nothing here's random, it's entirely at home on its world.
Fil Barlow, in particular, has been a huge influence in my art. That mix of semi-realism, anatomical exaggeration and style is always a treat! https://t.co/tgN1c18Y6Z
We're so excited to bring you Alex's incredible creativity and storytelling! Fans of fantasy worldbuilding, "Barlowe's Extraterrestrials," and @FortunaMedias' "Almost Real" series are in for a treat!
Four illustrations by Wayne Barlowe published in “Barlowe’s Inferno”: 1) “Soul Puppeteers,” 2) “Sargatanas Descending,” 3) “Baron Faraii,” and 4) “The Molars of Leviathan.”
@sevenshadez Hello can I interest you the speculative evolution and creature design works of CM Kosemen and Wayne Barlowe, mostly well known for All Tomorrow’s and Barlowe’s Inferno respectively?

Will always be blown away by Wayne Barlowe's stellar kaiju concept art for Del Toro's Pacific Rim. Such a master of creature design.

Extreme Ghostbusters was always a little weaker to me as a kid in comparison to the original Series. Maybe not in terms of budget but rather interesting horror and fantasy concepts?
But I can't deny just how fun and perfectly creepy Fil Barlow's Ghost, and creature designs were.
@horror4kids I think *all* of the ghosts were designed by Fil Barlow, you can find his stuff on DeviantArt and other places.
One trend I've noticed is that SD2 feels more incoherent and noisy compared to 1.5, yet also lacking in interesting details. I guess it could work for certain artists. Wayne Barlowe creates interesting creatures, but also more random artifacts in SD2. #StableDiffusion2
QRT with your elves!
I have a large collection of elf, including most of the Malephar-Barlowe family to varying degrees, Berrian (though he hates being called that because he's an *eladrin*), Chesslin, and- https://t.co/e05IvJZq7x
reworked charlottes nose a lil bit since i had made it so that the barlowe family has a few definite features— dimples, nose bridge with a bump (idk what its called asfda), curly hair, and then some of them are unfortunate enough to have the freckle (lore secrets >:) )
