“Soul Searching,” by Denis Beauvais might just be my favourite vampire art

@Dragon_Ryder7 Denis Beauvais had some of the all-time best Dragon Magazine covers.

"Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water...you can’t get across the beach!” Here's the rare quad for Jeffrey Bloom’s BLOOD BEACH (1980). It was painted by Tom Beauvais, who also designed the UK posters for MAD MAX, THE SHINING and ZOMBIE FLESH EATERS. #Horror
@OlgaDrebas I loved this piece by Denis Beauvais. Mood, composition, colours, environment, power. And Tony DiTerlizzi's work on Planescape is fantastic too. Even as he moves into paintings and away from washes, he maintains a strong "drawn" look to his work too. Worth looking at, IMO.
One extreme to another in less than one week!
Beauvais, France 🇫🇷 broke its monthly heat record on March 31 with a baking +24.8°C and then went on to beat its monthly cold record on April 6 with a chilling -6.9°C.
This violent season flip is brutal for flora and fauna.
"I don't see the outside world. I try to think of it through the films that I see day and night."
Frank Beauvais joins @FilmmakerMag to unpick his archival-based #Documentary 'Just Don't Think I'll Scream'.

@WhittersRichard “Saving the Best for Last” is my favorite Daniel R. Horne piece. 👍
Another favorite artist whose work I discovered on the cover of Dragon magazine was Denis Beauvais. I love his “Bridge of Sorrows” painting (it was also made into a great Ral Partha miniature box set).

@PunchDrunkKing Found some of the interior art for Frankenstein by Denis Beauvais but it doesn't do much for me, kinda soulless. Unable to find interior art for Dracula, it's by a Jonathan D. Smith.
