The mentor of Reikou Shinzokumaru and Jinouin Hakubane. She is described as a strict yet respectable combat expert and hails from the famous Tokitsukaze family of blacksmiths. Her son Nanashi was tasked by Kagerou to create Reikou's sword, the Kurozakura.
