Early this year we did a little concept art + style exercise with my students, the goal was to design a character in the style of Blizzard's Overwatch.
All the students had little to no exp with digital art 2 years ago when we started.
Here's what came out.

Tried coloring from grayscale from Deep Blizzard's Grisaille to Color video. It's a neat method, but not one I'll use consistently.
I drew @Shyguy9's Dragon Girl, Ashe. It was comforting. I had a Wendy's Meal and one of those Brownie Batter Blizzard's earlier today and felt absolutely horrible. Not because I thought I was fat, but I just... didnt want it. (1/?)

Because I don't play or care about Overwatch, I think the titular title character Diablo would be the most unique and interesting selection from Blizzard's library.
Dungeon Crawlers also don't have much representation, whereas RPGs sure as hell do, so no begging for WoW from me.

@worldofpegasi It takes a bit to acclimate to the zone, but the aesthetic in Vash'jir was amazing. Here is some of Blizzard's concept art of the zone!
why is this important? because this is CRIMINALLY ignored in art circles, and portrayed terribly in even the most popular media with ""diverse"" casts - the main perpetrator right now is the horrendous character designs of blizzard's doomfist and efi.
