Had a quick idea after someone mentioned that the hieroglyphs on Mumei's capelet were sins. I imagined them dragging her down even as she tries to hold up Friend. It turned more into the idea of civilisation being held up by those who came before.

I might have gone a little dark with the blues, but I was referencing the skin you can see under her capelet instead of the spots of gray where her makeup is smeared
