V9, V10 and now V11 Treacy is where his 'dull' pallet gets a bit less greyish and more suited to his colours, he's now just alot easier on the eyes, I clumped these together because the only difference is his face patterns finally showing on V10. This is his current design :3

Allow me to introduce the daytime rodent of Uceva: Tumbillo! This Normal/Grass type is almost as common as dirt in this region. They happily roll around in the wind and love to do so! If they roll into each other they clump up and need help to be dislodged.
