We call "knot in the tongue". 🤯English speakers try: joalheria, cabelereiro, caminhoneiro, pães. 🤭
You can say that I have communication problems, I guess.
In english I can't lead a proper conversation due to my conjugation/bad english/etc.
In spanish the opposite, I can talk alot about useless and random shit.
