Probably obvious but when I think about top tier in I think it’s mostly about stability of character and hit conversion to benefits gained. I think I will struggle with until I find her point of stability and her stable conversions in more situations.

So 6K for Ky is generally still bad. Easily his worst move still. It's nearly perfect but it could stand to send opponents less further to allow better follow ups and conversions. J.D however went from a move you'd only use to stall to a godlike move with it's new launch mechanic

The C64 wasn’t Mike’s main machine but I couldn’t do a list of great 80s coders without mentioning him. He had a hand in the C64 conversions of Lords of Midnight & Doomdark’s Revenge and co-coded Quake Minus One. RIP Mike. A genius.
