Clair de Lune - Claude Debussy

0 1

(3/3) The most important thing was the music I was writing it to.

Claude Debussy—Clair de lune

That's why this painting has this title. My advice: Listen to this composition now and look at my art again. You will experience a real pleasure.

a lil OC i'm making, they're named "Clair De Lune" (that one pretty piece from Debussy)
the inspiration i took was from the FNAF character Moondrop, best character in my opinion
[program used: Paint 3D, Krita]
(along with a doodle because of what happened in the FNF community)

Claude Debussy saw to publication two editions of the full score of La mer.

The first was published by Durand in 1905 and bore the famous reproduction of Hokusai's Wave "in various shades of green, blue, tan, and beige" on the cover page.

earthspirit also confirms that gaul is france ("gaulish piece, 'moonlight'" = almost certainly clair de lune by debussy)
and since we know gaul is an "extinct country" earthspirit has indirectly confirmed that FRANCE IS INDEED DEAD AND GONE IN ARKNIGHTS

the artist's admiration for this mountain. The wave has been used extensively over the years by other artists, from the cover of Debussy's "The sea" to the QuickSilver brand logo, which is a stylization of it.

The painter, in addition to being very prolific in terms 3/5

vc tbm pode pensar que a mesma ideia já era usada em música clássica tipo La Mer do Debussy que é inspirada na Grande Onda do Hokusai, O rito da primavera do Stravinsky ou os Planetas do Holst, só n eram lançados em albuns ainda

Claude Debussy was born in 1862. He completed La Mer in 1905. Distancing himself from the symphonies and symphonic poems of the German tradition, he called his piece "three symphonic sketches" instead.

So no, it isn't a symphony.
