@Matihood1 Lack of evidence isn't evidence. There's nothing in the lore that states that cabin is the Secret Shack.
Not only do they not look the same, but they're not even in the same spot. (Secret Shack is to the left of the mountain, EPF cabin is to the right.)
13 years ago today, the Nintendo DS game of Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force was released in North America. Penguins could play EPF Missions as well as Minigames, collect Items and explore new rooms, gadgets, vehicles.

There is a new Gadget Room somewhere in the EPF HQ, as can be seen in the comic "Lost in Time". Although we do not see all of it, we can see that several items from the old Gadget Room have survived the Popcorn Explosion.

Probably this could be a secret epf room in underpool room for the rookies before join to epf as "Training Room" with mini-games.

#4. - The ninjas and EPF clash on many things.
This one is very interesting. Ninjas and agents are both stealthy, but they each have very different approaches.
Agents don't just stay unseen - they see everything; including ninjas.
Rookie was already a fan-favorite favorite sports telecaster, alongside Rory.
Over the years, Rookie rose to become the Public Relations officer and Comm leader for the EPF.
He could inexplicitly speak crab, and even understood the Box Dimension more than Gary himself.
According to Gary, Rookie was the director when the Stage was still open.
Based off the Propeller Protocol launch and the closing of the Stage, we can tell that Rookie was officially promoted to Director of the EPF sometime between Sep 2014 - June 2015.
But why Rookie?..
Through a secret message, she initiated the "Propeller Protocol" immediately. While we don't know exactly what this meant, it's possible she was referring to Rookie.
This is further elaborated on in the year 4014, when Gary confirmed that Rookie became the director of the EPF.

High key, the PSA/EPF missions & events were some of the funnest things ever to play, even to this day. HQ being destroyed by popcorn?? Using a super magnet to break the wall & trap Herbert in a sideways cage?? All the missions were so fun &-

It can be seen from the iceberg, implying the view sees Club Penguin from behind.
