Aaah, that made me happy. Closed out raid with a cheesy, "Tune in tomorrow, same bat-time, same bat-station!" and one of the other regulars chimed in "Eyonita, I'm pretty sure if the camera panned to you it would tilt to a funny angle."
Life's pretty hectic right now. Couldn't remember if I even actually tweeted in a few days and had to double check. Finding this image cathartic. Eyonita having a more restful, quiet moment than I'm allowing myself apparently. Potataunk.

The present iteration of Eyonita is instead based on Bison Priscus aka Steppe Bison specifically. An extinct ice-age breed that, to me at least, makes complete sense to see living alongside wooly mammoths in a place like Borean Tundra. Big horns. :>

Haven't done a character evolution tweet in a while. Eyonita started out based on Highland cows. To me this felt like a fair compromise between the known Taunka male models and the placeholder female models (Which are just white-furred regular Tauren women)

@IAmRoofstone Eyonita started out much more modest and just, my interpretation of a Taunka woman since the in game models are clearly placeholders. She's grown and changed a lot since then but she's always had a kind of monstrous beauty in my eyes.

@FuseCraftAD Eyonita, my taunka druid. She's quite a grouch and corruption has not made her any less bitey. Despite her state she does try very hard to see good done by people she cares for, and take out her worser impulses on those really deserving of it.
Still thinking about Eyonita's original illustration vs her ingame look.
I know Tauren women register beefy to a lot of people but their aspect ratio (height vs width) and relative thickness of their features has them clock as just normal to me. They're toned-muscled at most.

When the dreamscape where Eyonita's furbolg and bear spirit companions resided collapsed into nightmare, what manifested the next time she called on them was... unexpected.

So, Eyonita decided to get a little thrill and throw out a bid in the date auction, expecting the numbers to just keep rolling.
They did not. She now has a large problem in the shape of @GilneanMoo and a lot of gold she couldn't afford to blow that way.
