It can teleport on top of its already absurd ability to quickly sneak up on targets, and a reflective barrier that renders it unable to be flinched.

Recently, I've started to move hobgoblins in my campaign closer to Faerie. Well, kinda, in my campaign hobgoblins are evolved from goblins who werew stranded in the World and lost some of their fey qualities. So, I like that is moving goblinoids in that direction.
