@Meaningness As an initial instinctive reaction the sun part reminds me of imagery which might be associated with expressionism. Like Edvard Munch's The Sun (1909), or Lyonel Feininger's Cathedral of Socialism (1919).

Lyonel Feininger (1871-1956) was a German-American painter, and a leading exponent of Expressionism. He also was a caricaturist and comic strip artist. He was born and grew up in New York, going to Germany to study and perfect his art. At 36, he began to work as a fine artist.
