This is so far the last of my Sonic fanart, and the first with pronounced eyelashes: Their design is a reference to how I drew smear frames.

I'm digging thru Karnov's Revenge rom periodically but didn't gave this one any thought before. Karnov has this unused pattern in dev room, it lies just before balloon frames. I assume that balloon initially was meant to have vulnerable startup (presumably 4 frames)

I started to animate (using #Krita). I tried to avoid anything seizure inducing unlike most of my other ones but I think this still screams for attention quite nicely for 2 frames.
