I downloaded an unpatched PCB to confirm his claims and sure enough it's there.

Katakana is tricky to transliterate sometimes but we have some closure now

Actually nevermind, Cirno is the correct transliteration after all!

You can see it went through a ton of iterations. Many lessons learned through intense hyperfixation and just bashing my skull at it. Brute forcing the illustration to be good with a shaky foundation is miserable but I'm glad I saw it through.
