For the longest time, LadyFiszi has done the art covers for Fazbear Frights. Starting with Tales however, she did the first few covers before another artist took over.
According to LadyFiszi, this is because she is working on something else, which may or may not be FNaF related.
The first cover was stated to have been done by the artist doing Into the Pit and was heavily referenced from a fan render, the second was done by Ladyfiszi who isn't even doing the art for any of the stories featured in the graphic novel.
