Do other artists ever just... wake up and decide to try a completely new style?

I am working on something new and attempting a style without any lineart... and I'm lowkey in love 😳

Might just put some effort into finishing this WIP and attempting it more properly 🥰

experimented a bit with how i approach lineart... which i think is still the same ^^;; also another shot with shading, it took a bit of time so i may try this kind of approach again someday ^^;;;

i think its neat that i use three different brushes for lineart... 4 if you count my pixel brush bc i do sneak it in sometimes...
