However, what the needs is for & to add more characters & vehicles.

Just because we get 96 tracks by 2023 doesn't mean we should be stuck with the same characters & vehicles.

I'm not sure, but either implements additional characters & vehicles in the upcoming DLC, or they do so in a 2nd Mario Kart 8 Deluxe DLC pass that focuses more & characters & vehicles.
