This comic confirms that not everything Ablaze touches turns to gold. Despite a decent artist better used elsewhere, this comic is utter tripe. As awful as Marvel did with these characters in their own miniseries, the writer here seems to have challenged himself to do worse.
more news...@DanSlott and mark bagley - two of the most influential and prolific spider-man creators of the past 20 years - returning to the character with a 5-issue EDGE OF SPIDER-VERSE miniseries, launching in august

marvel put way too much effort into pushing the inhumans just to let them fade away for years after a brutal miniseries, they need the hickman treatment ASAP so people will actually like them
Peach Momoko is putting a Japanese folklore twist on #Marvel’s Civil War story in her upcoming miniseries, DEMON DAYS: IRON SAMURAI. @peachmomoko60 @Marvel
when I drew the thumbnail for this miniseries, I also did a couple relatively polite looking drawings of Henry Kissinger eating a dove, in case anyone objected to "gross melting cancerous blob kissinger"
but nobody objected https://t.co/lzOkkB1Mnf
This theme is picked up from the famous Fantastic Four vs X-Men miniseries, which saw Kitty Pryde adopt a suicidal course of action in response to her injury before being talked down by the unlikely source of Franklin Richards. 3/14

When I first started “The Wanderer” miniseries, I had no idea how it would perform. I'm still undecided.
One thing is certain tho: constantly experimenting is the key. Especially with your art.
Into the Depths: Super Mario World - Part 3
In the third installment of our deep-dive miniseries, @davidhellman (Braid) joins to discuss the aesthetics of SMW, touch on its widescreen mod, and suffer through the game's worst world and level (while savoring the interesting bits).
I minted my first batch!

Obscure/Unknown/Underappreciated Pony appreciation thread!
Starting us off with Violet Shiver from the IDW miniseries, My Little Pony Generations.
Speaking of, y'all should go read it, it's a great little crossover.
My entire elementary school class grew up afraid of clowns and shower drains thanks to the IT miniseries, but on a more personal note: https://t.co/deGwSQGuMI
@OiseauBlizzard Check out the movie!! It’s good. Super dark but awesome. The miniseries, not so much.
In the Claremont/Miller Wolverine miniseries, Logan finds himself torn between Mariko and Yukio. As Yukio tries to seduce him, her face actually shifts to that of Mariko in Logan’s perception, and he subsequently refuses Yukio’s advances. 2/11
I also wanna say that giving Plastic Man Suicide watch is very nice, to me. Not just because he attempted it in the 1988 miniseries, but mainly because his creator, Jack Cole, took his own life
The Courtship of Eddie Kaspbrak is now out in its entirety!
If you love the miniseries, if you love polyLosers, if you love Eddie Kaspbrak... this is the fic for you. 💜
@angkis_ayy made me cry every chapter with their art, seriously. They're amazing ✨

“Wolverine’s love interest in the miniseries, Mariko, and her father, Shingen, are exemplary of the stifling strictures that Orientalizing brings to Japanese characters in the large mediascape of American superhero comics.” 4/7
...hell awaited them, their last chance to escape was necessary, to survive the night...
and to end the miniseries, with all of you, the small town hero, Chris Redfield, thanks for supporting this miniseries.
Like+RT are appreciated.

Gen X podcast has me rereading the Chamber miniseries, which is very excellent except when it's being very very awkward by trying to parallel real world minorities. Disabled genius mad at "diversity hires." Loud bigot in an "edgy" t-shirt who's reclaiming slurs.
The early drafts of "The Star Wars" were wild.
This draft wouldn't be completed until May '74 & would be adapted into a @DarkHorseComics miniseries, The Star Wars, written by @jwrinzler in 2013 with art by @mike_mayhew & covers by Nick Runge.
