Fan art of Okidogi aka Ineinu! Big fan of this new Pokémon. What type do you think he will be? My guess is Fairy/Fighting since he’s buff and based on Momotaro’s dog. Fact my guess is the three new legendaries are all fairy types but we’ll see!

Saw people talking about the new Pokémon so I thought I'd interject.

The new set of Pokémon are all based on animals fro Momotaro, a well-known Japanese fairytale. It features a talking dog, monkey and pheasant that join the hero Momotaro on a quest to fight Oni (demons/ogres).

2) The Oni Pokemon named Ogerpon, is based on the story of a Boy who was born in a peach, a Dog, a Pheasant and a Monkey who go to fight an Oni. It's called Momotaro The Peach Boy. That's why the others go with Ogerpon
