He DOES have a surprise lurking deep inside him, which would manifest as probably his level 3. But for now? He’s just unassuming, like Marco from NGBC

i haven't tested out 02 vanilla yet but the new pcsx2 dev builds fix most of SNK's 3d background glitches .

the only one that it doesn't fix AFAIK is 03, but it works on 94R, 98/02UM, XI, NGBC and Neowave

i recommend taking a look at the 94R backgrounds if you have the chance.

After some feedback and thinking about it more, I updated my NGBC tier list.
I think will like this one a bit better D:

I have not fought a strong Nakoruru yet still, but I can see the case for her. SS, S and A are all basically the same. Mizuchi went down.
