Over Lockdown in 2020 and 2021, i watched a lot of the origional and have to say it deffo made being stuck in much more enjoyable. it was way ahead of its time. so sad to hear
Nichelle Nichols has passed away RIP Lt Uhura

I gave a copy of both these prints to Nichelle Nichols. She laughed her head off, especially at the second one. She was an absolute joy. Glad she lived to see the world improve a bit.

It’s truly heartbreaking moment hearing about Nichelle Nichols passing. She has done so much for me as a young poc watching Star Trek and hoping for the future. Because of Uhura, I am currently studying my BA in Language and Culture.
