part of my splatoon brainrot was/is making an overly in depth thing with mutant octarians. have one of my favorites, Stilt. he's a mutant octoball with an extra doofy eye and LOOOOONG legs.

@Splatoon_ocs I have one! Nocte is a high ranking Octoling in Octarian society! While I wouldn't say she's evil, her actions are very extreme due to her deep care and desire to protect all octarians at all costs.
