Yesterday, I was feeling guilty because I decided not to go to life drawing since I was too tired after work, so I did a quick from a picture from the collection. Roughly half an hour, only brown and white! It was relaxing, I need to do this more often!

This small oil study is done. 18x24cm. I’m working on a few more studies like this and as I am not totally satisfied with this one, I will try out different approaches and styles until I am happy.

Couldn't resist to pop it in a frame. Just shows that starting with a tinted canvas, not white is the best way. Be prepared!
