Day 59: Sandhill Crane

This was actually the first bird I drew and I was saving it for when I simply didn't have the energy.

Don't let that take away from the majesty of the Sandhill Crane. They don't stay long in the Okanagan but their flyovers are well received

Day 12: Red-Necked Grebe

These cute lil' goobers are a common sight on Okanagan Lake. Well worth a trip to through the snow to see them diving. Also watch for Western and Pied-Billed Grebes!
