Chapter 8 of Chrysalis🦋 is now available to all patrons! Ian gets grabby. Lloyd makes a daring escape. A púca offers them both a ride 😈
Working on some creature/character dev for a #TCG this is a Pooka, or Púca, from folklore. A shape changing rabbit/man with wings.

WAAAAH! 😆
To celebrate, I drew some fanart of Púca and Aidan, my favourite duo from @aka_zenko and my manga collab #Scatheless
Please give the magazine some love, so many amazing indie artists and writers worked hard to make this happen! 💚
@TinFoilRealist @Bumps1427 @VoidsNatural @DrewDorland Holy púca-mole.
The trickster púca (Irish for spirit/ghost) is a mischievous shapeshifter, taking the form of a rabbit, goat or black horse with red eyes. The púcaí are known to be capricious, either wreaking havoc or bringing good luck.

I had a lot of fun today checking out some spooky gaems! It's really cool that I actually have people that come to check out me faffing about it! It means a lot to this Púca!
Getting ready to go to hospital and head home. Wish me luck!
If you’ve followed me since last year you might remember my Púca collection!
Well this year I’m opening commissions for customs 👻
Pop me a message on my Instagram art page @ cupladoodles if you’re interested!
#FolkloreThursday When the harvest was finished, a small amount of crop would be left outside to satiate the Púca- this was called the Púca’s share. To eat blackberries after the 31st of October was also a surefire way to incur the Púca’s wrath.
According to Celtic legend, the púca is a shapeshifter that can take on a human or animal form. As a human, it will often have animal features, such as ears, horns, or a tail. It is capable of both good and evil.

Easing myself back into art at the end of me holibags - here's some more character designs for the Silken Skin pitch!
Angela, a psychic and the story's equivalent of a crime lab tech.
Colm, a young Púca, and... My word how I have shit on this poor boy. Just punch after punch.
I have met quite a few fantastic #Vtuber púca. If your interest has been piqued check out the cat-fox @PrincessOtC who is a playful púca currently enjoying Miitopia mischief & the artsy @Crann_TV a hooved & horned púca who started sharing their alchemy (sim) skills on stream~
This fae is often depicted more animalistic in appearance & sometimes even as a cross between 2 animals creating a fantastical & unique look. To mingle among humans they can also take a humanoid form if it would benefit them. Regardless of appearance Púca are extremely crafty.⤵

Nanto trivia:
Even before tTBoM, character inspirations have come from the folklore, mythologies and even organisms of many places. Some examples are Henshin (Púca), Suiho (Jackalope), Kihada (Yellowfin tuna), and Ao (Diatom).
