The latest work in progress. I am loving the intensity of the blue pigment. Not sure yet about the bottom half: whether to use a stronger contrast colour like yellow or keep it gentle with lighter blues.

If I may recommend - the water brush pens are incredibly wet because they're filled with water yeah? So that makes the whole piece wet and you're not able to get details as it dilutes the pigment. I recommend getting several brushes as well that are for watercolor -
