No colored people, only "coloured people". Every limb is made of fat triangles or rectangles. Having trouble with your color-scheme, invert your color for more contrast. You must never go 255 on RGB; 187 at least.

A bit of advice I can give, try turning the stabilizer on if your art program has one.
Also, if you try drawing hands, try using a 3D-ish trapezoid, and some bent rectangles
