Food Art Series: Japanese Wagyu Ribeye Steak (A5)🥩

和 'Wa' means Japanese and 牛 'gyu' means cow. A special breed of Asian cattle in Japan known for intense marbling of the meat. The Ribeye cut is mostly made of the longissimus dorsi muscle.
