'The Devil Knows How to Row':

50ml The Kraken Rum
50ml Hot Water
150ml Ginger Beer
Juice of Half a Lemon
1 tablespoon of Orange Marmalade

Put all ingredients (except the rum) in a saucepan, heat to a simmer, then take off the heat and add rum. Serve in a teacup.
