Since I plan to draw more fake screenshots from the murder sonic game. Had to come up with new alts for vex and novis. Here they are in all the fancy get up, with some shading.

I like to use the 2B and 6B pencils for more fluid studies, the ability to tilt the pencil for different line widths and textures really helps for that stylized shading. I like to use a 6b pencil for shading because it requires less pressure for darker lines

A redo of this almost 2.5 years later---I still don't know how lighting works😂 so please excuse my janky shading.

I don't think I ever shared this, it's some older art where I practiced shading. I really don't like how I used to shade, but the hair colors are still very pretty... pink + yellow = 💞
I don't use this OC anymore, should I redesign him maybe?... <_<;
