Arceus: Love the design and the mythos around it.
3-way tie between MagnaAngemon / Seraphimon / HerculesKabuterimon: I just think they look neat.
Shambler: Whether fuzzy or not, it's just cute + cool.
Cyberdemon: Looks awesome in all its incarnations, always fun to fight.

Greymon in the digimon movie because he's a real big dinosaur
Feraligatr because it was my starter in the only pokemon game ive played
and Arch-Vile because i think hes a warm and funny guy
