If I'm not too late I'd like to throw my recent redesign of my sona in too. I already was on the last bird collection artwork though.

The boney crest should be on the snout, almost above the eyes. It's a bit too far on top of the head on the second pic.

Fun fact, I used to be heavily into the Ginga dogs anime.

My art style mostly takes inspiration from it. Its not quite /as obvious/ now, but I can still see tidbits of it within my style.

My art style is more-or-less a toony version of it. Especially how I draw eyes and snouts.
