I injured / sprained my lower back during the first week of January due to lack of physical activity.
(Streamed 12 hrs + 17 hrs the next day + 6hrs next evenin)

I had to do back stretching every morning now... pain.

-Sprain my foot really badly i feel it all over my leg
-Nosebleed after sleeping for only 30 minutes idk what cause it. I was asleep
