Might seem a bit overwhelming but they're all pretty easy to launch and mostly to hit, so it passes as Novice due to CPU level.

Okay I made the second gym leader, she’s a fairy type baker who runs a cute cafe,, also her backstory is that she is the younger sister of the Striaton triplets. I did this solely so I could make a regional unova monkey and call it Pancake

We're not done yet however! Moving on from gen 4 and back into gen 5, is a palette based off Munna, the Dream Eater Pokemon!
Munna is found in the Dreamyard next to Striaton City in the main games, is Fennel's main 'mon in the anime, and is a major NPC in PMD3 Gates to Infinity.

The 4th palette is Doctor Fennel, Juniper's friend from Striaton (or in the sequels, Castelia) City, who studies dreams and Pokémon Trainers, and uses the sprites of the games' female scientists ingame.

She's also the Dream World guide, and has a Munna flower hairclip.
