when you're thumbnailing an action scene but your current backlog of comics is mainly non-action shoujo & josei manga and not that helpful for study/inspiration and also you wasted time doing a dumb doodle instead of focusing

I think thumbnailing means I draw more head space. I'm conflicted, because I like the anatomy i draw for my thumbnails. More torso space and longer legs.

It's a lot less of the Sonicy proportions i had before.

since is it only a color sketch I kind of merge things on the go, the main goal is to plan out colors, lighting, and mood

detailing will be easy as I already worked out the overall look of the painting
