The year I finally bought myself an art tablet to commemorate 10 YEARS of doing art on a mouse/touchpad/trackball/trackpad (everything but a tablet).
I'd like to think I've come a long way, but I'm always a nervous bean. ❤️ https://t.co/aU4ODarN5W
Behold, the sphere person!
Just trying to get a hold of the basic navigation and brushes in Zbrush, it's pretty intuitive for use with a tablet, but I've mostly done stuff with mouse/trackball before so... yeah, needs some getting used to :D
Slayers for #PC98 has nice artwork, but the entirety mouse driven interface was tough with a trackball. The gameplay is pretty quick, with a reasonable random encounter rate.
SDF-1 is also best mecha because they had a trackball-based shield system, manned by an increasingly frantic crew
#2009vs2019 Kinda late to this party but I'm gonna pretend it's still 2019 so I can use the tag :') This was super fun to redraw because it's my first ever digital artwork (made with a trackball and MS Paint ofc ✨)
Does anyone remember this game?
If not it's called 720.
It was the first "realistic" skateboarding game, wiith a trackball control.
Great graphics, great music, great game play, your enemy are bees....just classic. Skate or DIE!
Ploopy is an open-source trackball kit (pre-order one or build your own) https://t.co/XzQJSLp2k6
Update: I got iwis running on a trackball instead. At least the trackball rolls.
Vector drawing/mockup of retro game design/player system. If I was to change anything, it'd probably be the location/size of the trackball.
