A hawksbill sea turtle mutant. I think she started as a turtle, but I’m not super sure yet. She has a hard time walking on land because her legs are meant for swimming, which is why she has her boots.

Ok, I actually really like her. It doesn’t quite know how to handle the shell on an anthro turtle, turned it into a weird butt-shield, but this one could be fixed up with a minimum of grunt-work.
