$5 for a simple uncoloured sketch (messy colour ex. Image 4, a comm sketch would be cleaner)
$60 for a detailed background with extra lighting (ex. Image 3), etc! ^^

It varies a lot if I'm on my phone or PC but:
A coloured sketch: around 30 minutes
Loose uncoloured sketch: 2-15 minutes
Shaded: Nearly always 2 to 3 hours ( PC art, so no time stamp )
