I would hope anyone who's played Gears/Saga is able to make enough connections to know that's not the case. Pyra shares a color scheme with Id, a character she's a clear parallel to in concept. Plus Zeke and Bart's eyepatches, Vandham and the Vanderkams' face crosses, etc. (2/3)

@SecretPunch Yep! It's been a tradition of the series (think Cid in FF), someone on the development team is a big fan of Jean-Claude Van Damme, so there's always a character with "Van" in the name

When it comes to #XenobladeChronicles, the main games are amazing but so are the bite-sized stories. Torna and Future Connected still blow us away. Could you imagine if Monolith Soft go the Marvel route and also do smaller games based around established characters like Vandham?
