Workarounds is the lifeblood of all these animations. Cycles is the ray traced engine in blender. Since all the limbs are angled slightly different the light paths bounce off of them differently, making a noticeable change in color. The workaround was to compensate by coloring.

Searched all day for workarounds to display PS1 games on a common monitor using a PS2 and everything got too convoluted for my dumb brain to process it.
I tried to add that "edge" transition color; with PS is kinda easy as to just set the layer to "glow edge" but can't get it to work on CLP; workaround? duplicate the overlay layer a couple times, then subtract the og, leaving only an "edge" that you can recolor warmer!
