@BiteBunnys I'm Beeb! I've got "quiet" BPD, and have been using DBT(therapy) for the past few years. It really is so so hard to live with BPD, but we're really all just normal people.

The diagnosis helps me to understand me better + everything makes more sense now. I have quiet BPD. I struggle w it everyday.
Unfortunately is it hard to get an therapist here. I will going to DBT next year.
