Question - which technique/style do you prefer between these? Will post a poll in the comments. The lynx is done in Procreate, and the Japanese bobtail (housecat) is done in Krita and SAI. The housecat is my old style/technique I used a lot last year.

Okay for starters, I like basing my design off real cat breeds and that applies here. For example, Mosspaw(Midoriya) and Frogpaw(Tsuyu) are based on the Cymric and Japanese Bobtail breeds respectably. This ties into their quirks as well, since these breeds are known for leaping.

This is my precious bean Smudge, he’s a bobtail/firefly squid and has a younger half sister and an octo boyfriend(in Tposing pic dhsjshs)
He’s a bubbly lil critter and is also a bit of a gremlin tbh, he will also fight you mention his height(or more he will get his toll bf too)
