This is a lovely book. I think it can be very useful in the hands of the right parent. A boy wakes up feeling worried about school. His mother helps him feel better and teaches him about mindfulness.

Some cat poses for the book. Children’s books making is actually a serious adult business. Had to go through a lot of designs until I was happy with that seemingly simple look.

This book features various animals in different yoga poses and can definitely help kids and teachers practice mindfulness and get into the basics of yoga.

The writers made this book about their son and it basically follows all the stages of growing up. Wonderful illustrations and undeniably sweet rhyming text make this book really stand out.

Very impressed by this book. I can’t get over how authentic the are. The is written in rhyme and has the feel of a classic fable. Hardship, revenge, forgiveness, gods... what more could you ask for?

This book is about the start of the summer holidays. It really captures a child’s point of view. It’s highly relatable for kids and sparked a really interesting conversation in my classroom.
